IT HUB Georgia Job Fair, organized by StrategEast in Tbilisi, is a platform that enables and strengthens regional partnerships for Georgia’s digital development. The Job Fair will bring together:

  • program partners EBRD and GITA
  • program training providers EPAM Systems
  • freshly certified graduates of IT HUB Georgia
  • potential employers: representatives of global tech companies, banking and non-bank financial institutions, hiring agencies, companies of real estate, transport, news, food, agro, tourism, manufacturing, petrol, and other spheres, public and private associations, government institutions, and all those who may be interested in digital transformation or require tech maintenance. 
This event will feature:
  • Engaging presentations by more than five distinguished speakers.
  • Participation of over 150 attendees.
  • Involvement of more than 50 global and regional employers.
  • Opportunities for networking with government officials and leaders in the IT sector.

Job Fair will be an exclusive matchmaking event to connect over 200 graduates of IT HUB Georgia with prospective employers. Recently, students have finished their studies with the British Council, obtaining a general  B2 (upper-intermediate)  English qualification and got certified by IT HUB Georgia as Junior Specialists in the following areas:

Business Analysis

QA Test Automation

Front-End Development

Java Development

.NET Development

Android Development

Node.js

GOALS
  • Facilitate employment opportunities for IT HUB graduates within the Georgian IT sector, and other leaders in conventional industries and internationally.
  • Attract international IT companies to invest in Georgia by showcasing the availability of skilled specialists.
  • Establish industry-wide best practices for upskilling and hiring processes in Georgia. Expand into training switchers, and thus expanding employment opportunities to retain talent in the country. 
PARTICIPANTS
  • Members from various sectors including technology, finance, real estate, transportation, media, food, agriculture, tourism, manufacturing, petroleum, and other industries, along with IT associations, government entities, and HR professionals.
  • Senior representatives of the government of Georgia.
  • Graduates of IT HUB Georgia 2024.
